Rancho Mirage Country Club features an 18-hole champion golf course. Beautiful grounds are meticulously maintained by our wonderful gardeners included in the low HOA fee of $485.00 monthly. Bursts of flowers, Summer and Winter. 24-hour guard gated security along with roving security makes this club "lock and leave" for our 2nd and 3rd homeowners. Front and side yards maintained, lawns, flowers and maintenance, walk way / mail box lighting illuminates the club at night and are on timers to come on at specific times of the year-High definition premium cable TV with HBO, over 200 channels of TV and music, there are 4 community pools/ spas, pools heated in the Winter season, spas heated year round. Tennis. An intimate classic clubhouse offers special event dining, Italian dinners, Mexican or Prime Rib and Salmon with an open bar....or choose a grilled cheese lunch in the players grille on the lower level! The exercise room features newer Nautilus equipment, then there is the pro shop to browse and shop in. The list is endless. Finally and very important is that Rancho Mirage Country Club boasts on-site HOA management, a very important feature not often found in resort country club living - and they pamper the homeowners the same as our people pleasing guards who are always courteous, polite and friendly.
